Prices for one bedroom cottage

Low season : 175
Mid season : 200
High saeson: 225
Peak season: 250

Availability of this cottage can not be shown on the calender.Please contact us for availability.

50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Final Payment is Due 30 Days prior to arrival. If Funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation.
Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable. Once paid, the final payment is non-refundable.

There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind.

Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of 200 GBP for any breakages, to be paid a minimum of 1 week prior to rental.

Payment - to be made by bank transfer.

One maid service and linen change included per week. Extra maid service can be arranged on request.

In Case of Natural Disaster or Act of God, out of our control, we will try to find comparable accommodation for you or will give a full credit for Future Reservation if the reservation needs to be canceled due to this circumstances.
